Birds
All these pics are of birds, mostly seabirds like herons though, because all the others are to fast for me!
These two swans were enjoying the lake front when I came and started annoying them. This one is even ruffling its feathers in disgust!
This seagull and this what's-it-called are just hanging out together on a boat ramp, and I tried to get as close as I could. This was my best pic that I got!
This kereru had just noisily flapped onto the branch. I was taking a different picture at the time, so all I had to do was move my camera into the right spot. I like all of the colors on the kereru.
This heron is hunting for fish at the lake front. It was gulping them down so fast I could not catch it on photo.
II have been trying to take a good picture of a sparrow since I first started taking photos, but this was the only one that wasn't blurry.
